Overview
Our common mission is to create learning opportunities for cities and social housing providers to make housing more affordable and sustainable, and for this we are here in this course and we are together in a learning-related project or initiative.
However, before moving forward with a shared roadmap and action plan for the design and development of a learning opportunity we want to take a bit of time with you to find a common ground for working together, to agree on some basic terminology, to clarify our common values such accessibility and eventually to align our actions along common objectives.
As part of our methodology and way of doing things at Energy Cities, we have defined an onboarding process that we propose to project partners, trainers and experts we are working with in design and development of learning-related activities.
Upon completion of this course you will get a certificate to testify that you have achieved the learning objectives. A badge will be issued at the end of every event and completion of online learning unit.
What you'll learn
- Explain what the main difference between learning and informing is
- Identify the pros and cons of different learning strategies and formats
- Describe the different roles and professional figures involved in the design and development of a learning opportunity
- Define learning objectives and outcome that should be S.M.A.R.T. – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound
- Define the “learning journey” and the most appropriate strategies according to the learners’ personas and budget available: from the wireframe to the storyboard
- Structuring a course’s storyboard based on Energy Cities’ on-live methodology ‘daily and around 20-minute daily learning units.
Requirements
- The internal training platform is reserved to SHAPE II project partners, experts, trainers and mentors.No previous knowledge of learning theories and digital learning tools is required
