COURSE OVERVIEW

What you'll learn

the learning objectives are the following:
To create 360° learning experiences that mix active and passive learning methods to meet learners’ preferences.
To enhance learning flexibility by giving learners the freedom to choose when and where they engage with the course material, enabling them to better balance their extracurricular activities and other aspects of daily life.
By the end of the training programme, provide all participants with access to a self-paced online learning platform that allows them to complete a maximum of eight interactive modules within a 8–10-month period, ensuring that learners are able to progress through the content at a pace aligned with their individual learning needs and comprehension levels.
