The Match & Ignite programme is structured around 5 steps which suggest the journey that cities might go through to establish an innovation or accelerator programme through connecting with their community of innovators, local entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem. Innovators can be local businesses, R&D centres, community groups, artists, artisans… supporting a thriving local economic ecosystem.What you'll learn
- Manage the programme: how to manage your programme on a day-to-day & how to enhance the programme over the years
- Design your offer for innovators: defining your audience and getting to know them, learning about meaningful co-creation with HUB-IN, principles and mindset & How to frame and shape your offer for innovators
- Disseminate your offer: learning about good channels for disseminating your offer, good practises & appropriate dissemination partners and local networks
- Select innovators: how to create a clear application and selection process, select a jury panel and communicate the results of your call
- Engage with and support innovators: developing a clear process for collaborating with innovators, create a support programme for innovators, activate the innovation community and enable good matching.
