What you will learn
· Identify three key EU policies that support energy-efficient behaviour.
· Explain how EU policies can be applied at regional and local levels.
· Link policy to practice by connecting an EU directive to a local behavioural initiative.
· Explain why behavioural science is useful for promoting energy-efficient behaviour.
· Describe four common intervention types, such as nudges, prompts, feedback, and commitment strategies.
· Choose the right approach by matching intervention methods to real-world local or regional challenges.
· Explain why collaboration and partnerships are critical for successful energy behaviour initiatives.
· Identify at least three types of stakeholders to involve in behavioural change projects.
· Design a basic stakeholder map showing roles, influence, and potential contributions.
· Propose engagement methods that foster trust, co-ownership, and long-term collaboration.
· Describe the role of storytelling and advocacy in promoting energy-efficient behaviours.
