Course Fossil-free districts & buildings

The SPARKLE Specialised Track on Fossil-free Buildings and Districts is a space for deepening understanding and moving toward concrete action. As one of five thematic learning pillars within the SPARKLE programme, this track accompanies Local and Regional Authorities (LRAs) through two interconnected priorities central to the clean energy transition: building renovation and the decarbonisation of heating and cooling systems.
