You’ll find resources on multilevel governance—linking your municipality’s Sustainability & Energy Climate Action Plan (SECAP) to national and EU targets and funding streams. You’ll also find templates needed to design inclusive, accessible participatory processes that bring citizens, businesses and civil society into the policy‑making conversation.
