One-stop shops offer an integrated service point that enables users to access all relevant support in one place. This model adopts a people-centric approach and facilitates interaction between the different actors involved, streamlining the process. In this webinar OSS experts share their experience and approach. The webinar was organised as part of the SHINE project, funded by the EU’s LIFE ENERCOM program. The project is supporting cities to set up One Stop Shops in Antwerp (BE), Warsaw (PL), Malgrat de Mar (ES) and Verona (IT), as well as setting up digital OSSs for Europe, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Poland.
